ABOUT ENERGY DRİNKS

                            PROFESSİONAL HELP !

                     ABOUT ENERGY DRİNKS

I receive a ton of questions about all of these new “energy” drinks that have hit the market over the last few years. They seem to be all the rage, especially with the youth, and they promise you the world with outrageous claims of all of the super energy that you are going to have, and how you’ll be crushing the competition in your sport, and so on.

So a couple questions arise:

TO EAT OR NOT TO EAT

TO EAT OR NOT TO EAT

Nutrition affects not only the condition of our bodies, but also, and perhaps more importantly, our minds. The food we eat keeps our bodies in good shape and working efficiently. It provides energy, strengthens our immune system and improves our minds. Although many people shun fat and meat, it has been established that they are of great importance to the brain; and this fact must be carefully considered.

There are still many misconceptions about nutrition, e.g., vitamins help to lose weight; enzymes burn fat; weight gain is due to fatty foods, so diet foods are the solution; obesity is connected only to food, and so on. Instead of relying on oversimplified generalizations, it is important to devise a moderate diet from all food groups, including proteins and animal products, because they remove toxins from the intestines and supply the body with natural vitamins and minerals. It is good to eat in small amounts, but often – perhaps four to five times a day – since this way of eating reduces the chance of plaque production in the blood and prevents it from storing it in the internal organs and arteries. It is established that most physical ailments, especially the leading cause of death – the heart attack – are caused by improper nutrition.

WHY LOW CALORIE DIETS

WHY LOW CALORIE DIETS

Are you planning to follow a low calorie diet plan in order to lose weight fat? Before you do that, read this article to find out why low calorie diet plans don’t work!

I cannot tell you how many people have emailed me saying that they followed certain popular low calorie diet plans for a few weeks only to find out that they haven’t lost much weight. As such they felt that weight loss is impossible and therefore, they quit the diet program altogether!

The number one reason why low-calorie diet plans don’t work is: when you eat low-calorie foods, your body basically remains malnourished. You feel sick and tired at all times. Forget about exercises, you don’t have enough energy to complete even your regular activities. All these things happen because your metabolic rate is low!

If you want to lose weight successfully, you need to keep these two things in mind:

1. Calories are not your enemies: Calories are not what you should avoid; calories are required to supply your body with the necessary nutrition and energy. When your body gets enough food, it’ll increase your metabolic rate, which will automatically result in weight loss!

The bad calories are those that are available in junk foods. So while you won’t accumulate fat by eating 10 apples per day (even though a single apple contains almost 100 calories), you will surely get fat by eating 10 burgers!

That is the basic difference! You need to avoid empty calories (that is, junk foods) and embrace negative calorie foods, such as fruits and vegetables. Now negative calorie doesn’t mean that there is no calorie in these foods; it only means that in order to digest themselves, these foods will force your body to burn more calories than what they provide! This results in calorie deficit which will ultimately result in weight loss!

2. Muscle building is a must: Do you know that in order to maintain themselves, muscles burn a lot of your calories? This in effect means that the more lean muscles you have, the faster you will be able to lose weight! Eating protein-rich foods is a good way of building lean muscles; working out regularly in the gym is another. There is another yet advantage of eating protein-rich foods: you won’t feel hungry too often; as such, the possibility of overeating is almost non-existent.

When you eat low-calorie foods, you are not able to build muscles; instead you LOSE muscles. When your body doesn’t have enough lean muscles, it is not able to burn fat since your metabolic rate remains at an abnormally low level. So that is one more reason why low calorie diets don’t work!

Most of these low calorie diets will only help you lose water and muscles; while you maybe misled into believing that you have actually lost several dozens of pounds, you have not lost the single most important thing that is keeping you from becoming slim: and that is FAT! Unless you lose fat, there is no way you can become fit!

HAVE SMALL CHANGES

                        HAVE SMALL CHANGES

Your diet is not perfect and if you are like most people, it is far from it. You know that cherry cheesecake that you ate right BEFORE dinner was not a good idea, but what else goes good with pizza and beer?

     Diet is Very Important
To achieve your goals in bodybuilding and/or fat loss, you must have a near perfect diet. Eating should be viewed as something that is not just a side part of bodybuilding, but a major part of it. The truth is that you can’t get half the results no matter what workout program you are following if your diet is a stinker. There are no two ways about it.

So what do you do about it? Empty all your current food out of your cupboards and refrigerator into the trash and replace it with tofu? Don’t worry, it does not have to be that hard. The easiest way to acheive your goal of perfect nutrition is to take BABY Steps. The main idea of BABY Steps is that you slowly replace the bad foods that you are currently eating with better foods. The change will be so small each week that you won’t even notice it. All you will notice is the ripped abs and huge biceps that suddenly came out of hiding!

     Use BABY Steps

Follow these example BABY Steps to get you started:

Drink skim milk. Ugh! Skim milk is sick… right? If you are currently drinking whole or 2% milk, you probably think so. It is just too hard for you to drink white water. Understand that by drinking even 1/2% milk over skim milk gives the average person hundreds or thousands of extra grams of fat
per year! This can add up to extra pounds of fat each year! It has to go somewhere…

Make it easy on yourself. If you are drinking whole milk right now, immediately move down to 2% milk. The first week or so you may notice the taste difference a little, but your body and tastebuds will adapt. You will enjoy 2% just as much as you used to like whole milk. I promise you that this

STOP THE COLA HABITS

         Stop The Cola Habıt

Most nutrition experts today believe that soft drinks are the number one dietary cause of fat gain. Colas used to come in little 8-ounce bottles. Now the average size bottle is 20 to 24 ounces, making carbonated drinks the single biggest source of refined sugars in the American diet.

The problem is, many people seem to think that the calories in what they drink don’t “count.” They only pay attention to
